If you are registering with a congregation, each individual (rostered leader, voting member or guest) must register separately. Complete the "Create A New Account" form to establish your new account. Then select your name as the new registrant to continue.You will be ask to specify your congregation after entering your personal information.
Note: You can register another person as a new registrant under your account (e.g. spouse, child). The account information is stored by the system for future event registrations.
If you are not with a congregation, please create an account with your affiliation, if applicable.
Complete the "Create A New Account" form to establish your new account. Then select your name as the new registrant to continue. You may then register other individuals as a New Registrant. Retired clergy and guests can create and register with an individual account.
Registration Information: The registration fee is $100.00 for each voting member or guest. There will be no refunds for registrations once they are submitted. You will be able to review ALL Assembly documents by logging on to www.nwos-elca.org, or you may elect to receive ALL Assembly documents by mail for an additional $10.00. Copies of all the assembly documents will be available to pick up at registration for those who are not receiving them by mail.
Deadline for online registrations is Wednesday, April 7, 2010
All late registrations must be sent to the Synod Office. (Late Registration Fee is $140) Reports will not be sent to those with late registrations, they are available online at www.nwos-elca.org and will receive a hard copy of the reports when you arrive at the assembly.
PARKING: Maps will be on the Northwestern Ohio Synod www.nwos-elca.org web site or will be sent to those paying the $10 Report Fee. Shuttles will be available to transport attendees from the various assembly locations.
